2. Add the appropriate amount of engine oil. It is necessary to determine the engine oil change interval depending on the season and operating conditions, and pay attention to the scale marked on the oil scale, and the oil should be appropriate, not too much or too little.
3. The filter should be cleaned regularly. Because the clogging of the air filter and diesel filter will lead to a decrease in air volume and abnormal fuel delivery by the engine respectively, the combustion of diesel will be insufficient, fuel efficiency will decrease, fuel consumption will increase, and power will decrease. Therefore, the above-mentioned filters and other accessories should be replaced every 5,000 kilometers or more.
4. Use clean diesel. Use diesel fuel that has precipitated for more than 48 hours. Precipitated clean diesel fuel can bring the engine fuel supply system to the best working condition, which can not only improve the reliability and efficiency of the engine high-pressure fuel pump plunger clutch and fuel injection valve clutch, but also extend the service life of the clutch.
5. The bearings of each part are well lubricated. It should be moderately tightened during assembly and allow free movement; Too tight and too loose will increase the working resistance, which will lead to increased fuel consumption, and at the same time, the screws of each connecting piece should be tightened at any time.
6. Do not allow dripping fuel. Carry out regular technical checks on the fuel consumption of the engine to ensure that fuel leakage does not occur. The phenomenon of diesel leakage at the junction of the fuel tank breaker and the oil pipe must be eliminated in a timely manner to prevent fuel consumption due to serious oil leakage due to vibration.
