Now there are too many types of micro cultivators, but from the perspective of driving methods, there are mainly two kinds, a two-wheel drive, a four-wheel drive micro-cultivator, a four-wheel drive micro-cultivator is good at ditching, and two-wheel drive is good at cultivating land, both of which are commonly used by farmers, but rural people in mountainous areas, steep slopes, which one is more practical?
The characteristics of the two-wheel drive micro-tiller are more in line with this situation, and the tillage used for hillside land is more convenient and labor-saving than the four-wheel drive micro-tiller. Although the two-wheel drive micro-tiller has less horsepower, it is small and flexible to use, and it is easy to drive between narrow slopes of the road.
As we all know, there are many slopes in Yunnan and Guishan areas, and most farmers choose two-wheel drive micro-tillers. The main reasons are as follows:
1. Easy to transport. The two-wheel drive micro-tiller model is generally smaller than the four-wheel drive micro-tiller model, so that the lightweight size is easy to transport to the mountains and slopes, after all, the amount of two-wheel drive is relatively lighter; For the four-wheel drive micro-tiller, the body size is relatively large, and because of the existence of the four-wheel drive system, it also has a great impact on the weight of the micro-tiller. It is not suitable for transportation to sloped or mountainous and hilly terrain.
2. Handling. If it is flat ground, the disadvantage of using a four-wheel drive microtiller in terms of handling is not so obvious. However, if it is used in mountainous and hilly areas with a certain inclination, it will increase the difficulty of control due to the weight of the fuselage, and if the angle is too large, it is easy to roll over; For the two-wheel drive micro-tiller with relatively light weight and relatively flexible control, the control is relatively labor-saving and simple.
3. Fuel consumption. In addition to the difference in horsepower, handling, and weight between two-wheel drive and four-wheel drive, fuel consumption is also a problem, after all, two-wheel drive is even one wheel turn, four-wheel drive is four wheels, and there must be a gap in fuel consumption.
4. Security. There is no difference in the safety of two-wheel drive and four-wheel drive micro tillers, all of which need to be operated safely, especially when there are more stones in the field, and more attention should be paid to preventing the blades of the rotary tiller from hitting the stones and breaking the blades or stones.
